For the grilled potatoes, cut each medium to slightly smaller potato in half lengthwise (cut through the wider part). Then, in a bowl, mix the chopped parsley and pressed garlic clove and pour olive oil (amount to taste).
Now place the potato halves with the cut side up and brush with the garlic-parsley-olive oil. Allow to soak in a bit and place on the grill cut side first.
In total, grilled roast potatoes take about 20 minutes, depending on the type of grill.
