Beat the egg whites with a little salt until stiff.
Mix the yolks and fold into the snow with the flour, melted butter, grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
Spread the mixture on a greased and dusted baking tray to the height of a finger and bake at medium heat for about 15 minutes.
Allow the Kaiserschöberl to cool slightly, cut into cubes and serve.
