Instructions:

Stir all the ingredients for the marinade. Marinate the meat in it for 15 minutes. In the meantime, mix the sauce ingredients. Heat a tbsp. of oil in a wok. Add the bell pepper strips and the salt. Cook at high temperature for 30 seconds, stirring constantly, and then remove. Drain the oil and wipe out the wok.

Add the remaining oil to the wok and heat. Add the meat and stir to separate it. When the meat turns white, remove and drain.

Pour off all but 1-2 tbsp of the oil and heat the wok one more time. Add the garlic, ginger and spring onions. Add the meat to the wok and cook at a high temperature for 10 seconds, stirring constantly. Add the bell pepper and cook again for 10 seconds, stirring constantly. Add the sauce to the wok form, cook for 15 seconds, stirring constantly, and then bring to the table.
