For the game skewers, cut the meat as well as the lardo, peppers and onion into approx. 3 x 3 cm pieces.
Leave the mushrooms whole.
Thread all ingredients alternately onto wooden skewers.
Season with pepper, lightly salt and sprinkle with lemon thyme.
Heat olive oil in a grill pan and grill the skewers on all sides for a total of about 5 minutes.
Preparation Tip:
It goes very well with, for example, Cumberland sauce and crusty baguette.
