A simple but delicious cake recipe:
Mix water with whipping cream and heat lukewarm, let the yeast melt in it. Add remaining dough ingredients and knead everything together for 10 minutes. Let rise for 1 hour.
For the topping, mix water and whipping cream and boil 2/3 with the honey, stir one third with the pudding powder and add to the boiling liquid form. Make 2 min. and then cool while stirring. Fold in remaining ingredients.
Roll out yeast dough into cake springform pan and draw a 2 cm border.
Spread filling evenly on top and bake again for 30 minutes.
Bake at 180 °C for 45 minutes.
