For the nut cookies, mix the butter with the sugar until thick and creamy. Add the hazelnuts, spices, salt, flour and whipped cream and knead into a smooth dough.
Let rest for at least one hour.
Later, cut small lumps with a coffee spoon and shape into small rolls. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and press three diagonal notches into each.
Chill again for at least 20 minutes and then bake in a hot oven at 180 °C for about 15-20 minutes.
Let the nut cookies cool down and then dip half of them into the melted cooking chocolate and let them cool down again.
