Warm the buttermilk with honey. Put all the flours, the seeds and the dry ferment in a bowl and mix. Add the buttermilk and knead everything well. Put the finished mixture into a bread pan and bake for 3 hours at 160 °C in a preheated oven. After 2 hours, cover the bread with aluminum foil. After the baking time, remove the bread from the mold and let it cool.

Preparation Tip:

For the bread to cut well, it should stand in a dry place for at least 1 day.
