For the orange cocoa crown, squeeze the orange and grate the peel. Mix all ingredients together well. Grease a crown mold and dust with flour.
Pour in the dough and bake in the oven at 180 °C top/bottom heat for about 20 minutes. Remove the orange-cocoa crown and leave to cool, decorate as desired.
