Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Clean and rinse the carrots and celery. Cut carrots into slices, celery into pieces. Clean broccoli and divide into roses, cut the stem end into slices.

Bring plenty of salted water to a boil. Cook vegetables in it for five minutes, pour into a sieve, rinse and drain. Stir in juice of one lemon, clear soup and garlic.
