For the tea-fruit punch, brew the tea with water, let steep for about 4 minutes and drain.

Dissolve sugar in the tea while stirring. Wash and peel the apple. Peel the orange. Dice both, add to tea with cocktail fruit and raspberries and refrigerate.

Just before serving, add apple juice, juice from the lemon, sparkling wine and serve the tea-fruit punch.
