For the potato cake, peel potatoes and cut into thin slices. Place a small cookie cutter in an oiled pan and form the potatoes with olive oil and spices in layers into a small cake.
Finally, drizzle with a little olive oil and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes. Take out, press the potato cake with a spoon and cut it out of the mold.
