For the coconut cubes, mix ingredients for the sponge cake with a blender. Prepare the sponge on a baking tray. Bake at 150 °C until golden brown.
After cooling, cut into even cubes. For the dunk mass, heat all ingredients in a saucepan.
Dip the sponge cubes into the dipping mixture and then roll in coconut oil.
