Pasta with Zucchini Tomato Sauce

For the pasta with zucchini tomato sauce, cook the pasta al dente according to the package instructions.

For the sauce, finely chop the onion, saute in a little oil and stir in the tomato paste and paprika powder. Pour in the canned tomatoes and let simmer.

Cut the zucchini into small pieces and add. Finely chop the parsley, tear the basil into small pieces and mix in both. Season the sauce with salt and fold into the pasta.

Serve the pasta with zucchini-tomato sauce with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
