For the Burgenland wine doughnuts, knead a dough from margarine, flour, yolk and wine. Then cut out round doughnuts on a baking tray lined with baking paper (slightly larger, because the dough is similar to puff pastry) and bake at 180°C until golden brown.
For the cream, cream butter and powdered sugar and add eggnog. Fill 2 Krapferl with cream and sugar the Burgenland Weinkrapferl.
