Cut the top of the melon into small pieces. Remove the seeds with a spoon. Use the potato drill to poke small balls out of the melon flesh.
Rinse strawberries briefly. Remove stems and drain in a sieve. Peel oranges very carefully and cut into fillets. Mix fruits (add melon balls) with powdered sugar, honey and kirsch in a baking bowl. Fill into the melon. Put in the refrigerator for 60 min. with the lid closed.
Chop pistachios on a surface. Whip whipped cream in a baking bowl until stiff. Arrange melon on a platter. Fill whipped cream into piping bag. Garnish melon. Spread pistachios evenly on top.
