Rinse zucchini, remove end pieces and cut into slices. Clean peppers, rinse and cut into bite-sized strips. Place oil and onions in a glass baking dish and sauté at 850 watts for 2 min until translucent. Zucchini slices and bell pepper strips with the spices to the onion cubes form. Mix everything well and cook closed at 850 watt in 11-12 min. Season again if necessary. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
