For baked mushrooms, clean the mushrooms. Break eggs into a plate and whisk. Bread the mushrooms in flour – eggs – and breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan or deep fryer and fry mushrooms until they float.
Then take out the mushrooms, drain on a paper towel and serve with roasted potatoes and salad.
Preparation Tip:
Baked mushrooms taste especially delicious with a sauce tartar.
