* Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Open the dates lengthwise, but do not cut them, unfold them and remove the seeds. Add walnuts and place each date on a slice of basturma, roll up, attach with a wooden stick. Bake dates in the stove for 3 min and bring to the table on the spot.
