For the sundae with persimmon, peel two persimmon fruits and cut them into cubes. Puree the pulp together with the lemon juice and add a little sugar if necessary. Halve the third persimmon and cut the halves into slices.
Place two ice cream balls on a plate or in a sundae, pour some fruit puree over them and garnish the sundae with the persimmon slices and an ice cream cone.
