Maybe your new favorite bean dish:
Cut vegetables into medium size and cook in a little water. Grind coconut, onion, peppers, garlic, poppy seeds, ginger and turmeric to a paste. Heat oil in a saucepan. Add the paste and roast for 3-4 min, add garam masala and continue roasting briefly. Add vegetables and 300 ml water and let simmer for a few minutes. At the end add whipped cream, yogurt, sugar and salt and turn off the stove. Serve with pita bread.
