Beat egg whites with fine crystal sugar and salt until very foamy. Mix in the nuts. Fill the mixture into a piping bag and pipe small sticks with a smooth nozzle. For the glaze, mix the yolks with the powdered sugar until smooth and pipe a narrow strip in the middle of the sticks. Place on a prepared baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 165 to 175 °C for 8 to 10 minutes until light brown on sight.
