For the buttermilk jelly, add sweetener, lemon juice, rum and vanilla sugar to the buttermilk.
Squeeze gelatin soaked in water and dissolve in a little hot water while stirring and add.
Divide fruit among 4 plates, pour buttermilk mixture on top and chill the buttermilk jelly briefly.
