For the corn sticks, mix all ingredients together. Heat the oil in a frying pan. With the help of 2 tablespoons of palm-sized Maistätschli in the pan and fry on both sides (about 2 minutes per side).
Keep the finished corn sticks warm. Serve with steamed vegetables or salad and a yogurt sauce.
