Instructions:

Whisk oatmeal with flour and baking powder. Press a well in the center. Pour in lemon zest butter, honey, chunks, almond kernels and Seam.

Knead everything together to form a smooth dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and rest in refrigerator for 30 min.

Form dough into a roll and cut into 1/2 cm thick slices. Place on a greased baking tray and bake in a heated oven at 160 °C (gas: level 1-2) for about 10 min.
