Cook a pudding from the sparkling wine, the sugar and the pudding powder. While it cools, stir it again and again so that a skin does not form.
In the meantime, divide washed, finely chopped strawberries into four dessert glasses. Whip the cream until stiff.
Blend the cold custard with a mixer until smooth and fold in the whipped cream. Pour the cream on top of the strawberries and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve
Preparation Tip:
Instead of strawberries, you can also use fresh berries of the season for the champagne cream. For children or teetotalers, instead of sparkling wine you can use grape - pineapple or apple juice.
