Heat milk with butter. Mix flour, milk, butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, dry yeast and egg to a smooth yeast dough.

Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour until doubled in volume.

Knead the dough well again by hand and use as desired.

Preparation Tip:

You can make the dough the day before and make fresh Danish pastry the next day.
