Brush potatoes, rinse zucchini, cut both into thin slices, fry potatoes in oil for 5 min, add zucchini, continue cooking for 10 min, cut 2 cloves of garlic into slices, pluck 2 stalks of sage, cut smoked turkey breast into pieces, add everything together to the potatoes form, fry for 3 min, season with salt, pepper.
Our tip: Zucchini are tender in taste and therefore also well suited for children.
