Almond kernels, powdered sugar and egg whites plus flavoring and if necessary.
Food coloring in the food processor just briefly mix and thus prepare a marzipan mass. Alternatively, simply stir good self-flavored raw marzipan with a little egg white until smoother.
Fill fruits decoratively with marzipan, press 2 walnut halves around a morsel of marzipan, press pistachios into the marzipan filling of fruits. Combine walnut halves, plum and marzipan as desired.
Make sugar and water in a not too big saucepan to light amber caramel, at the very end add a few drops of juice of a lemon.
Cool for a few minutes. Put the filled fruits on a wooden stick, dip them completely into the caramel, drain the sugar briefly, then drain on a marble slab.
