For the dill sauce, melt butter and brown the flour in it. Pour in water (or soup).
Add the dill, bring to the boil and cook for a few minutes. Add the cream and just keep warm, do not boil anymore.
Season the dill sauce with salt and lemon juice.
Preparation Tip:
Dill sauce goes well with bread dumplings, roasted salmon or beef, hard-boiled eggs, but also with boiled potatoes.
