Instructions:

For the oven meat, season the cutlets with salt and pepper.

Sauté briefly in hot oil and then place in a baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil to keep warm. Preheat the oven to about 200 degrees. (Circulating air approx. 170 degrees, no preheating necessary).

Now fry the chopped onion with the chopped bacon in a pan until golden, add the mushrooms, bell pepper strips and zucchini pieces and sauté briefly. Squeeze the garlic cloves over it and then pour in the broth. Add paprika powder and tomato paste, as well as the sour cream.

Now season everything with salt, pepper and Tabasko sauce. Finally, pour the vegetables with the sauce over the cutlets and finish cooking in the oven dish for about 30 minutes.

Serve the oven meat.

Preparation Tip:

To oven meat tastes great basmati rice! A great dish for those who like it "juicy". It can also be prepared in a larger quantity, e.g. when guests come. Variation: Use coconut cream instead of sour cream, or prepare with chicken or turkey meat.
