Try this delicious pasta dish:
Cook pasta in enough salted water to make al dente.
Place whipping cream in a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Dice the Gorgonzola and let it melt in the whipping cream while stirring, bringing it to a
bring to a boil. Press garlic through a press, add to sauce form. Season with pepper and a pinch of nutmeg.
Fold in half of the walnuts, simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
Serve pasta with sauce, sprinkle with remaining walnuts and chervil.
