Instructions:

Turn duck meat strips in starch flour, marinate in egg white, wine, salt, sugar. Fry apricot halves on both sides, add pepperoni just before cooking. Remove duck meat from marinade and fry in the same oil over high heat until firm and white, add apricots and pepperoni, heat very briefly, stir remaining marinade and pour over. Stir until all ingredients are coated with glossy. Arrange on preheated platter with green salad and decorate with pignoli.

Preparation Tip:

If you like it even spicier, you can roast fresh ginger with the apricots and add the pepperoni only with the marinade.
