For the buckwheat cookies, cook the buckwheat according to the basic recipe until soft without spices. Grind through a meat grinder and mix with hazelnuts, salt, nutmeg, maple syrup, curd and oil.

Place small heaps on a greased baking tray and bake the buckwheat cookies in the oven at medium heat for 20 minutes.

Buckwheat cookies contain lots of rutin and are therefore healthy for our veins!
