A simple but delicious cake recipe:
Quickly combine sugar, egg yolks, butter and flour to make a dough, roll it out and spread it on the bottom of a cake springform pan.
For the butter, filling, sugar, cornstarch, dry yeast and egg mix well until a soft cream. Spread on the pastry case form and smooth with the back of a spoon. Peel the rhubarb, cut into cubes and spread evenly over the cream.
Mix the ingredients for the crumble to a broesmel amount and cover the rhubarb with it.
Meanwhile, bake at 200 degrees in the middle of the oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
