Remove the peel from the potatoes and cook a little, cool and cut into slices. Mix the grated cheese. Butter one ramekin per unit and pour in a little whipped cream. Then put the first layer of potatoes, season with salt and pepper, pour a little whipped cream on top and sprinkle with cheese. Repeat the process two or three times. Mix some whipped cream with turmeric and nutmeg and salt and pepper and pour over the last layer form. Add butter flakes on top and bake in the stove until crispy.
