For the quick plum cake (quantity for one baking sheet) Cut plums in half and remove seeds. Beat eggs, yogurt and sugar until foamy.

Mix flour, nuts, baking powder, cinnamon and salt, stir into egg mixture. If you feel the batter is too firm, add a dash of cooking oil.

Line baking sheet with baking paper or brush with grease, depending on your preference, spread dough evenly on it. Place the plum halves on top.

Bake the quick plum cake at circulating air and approx. 180°C degrees for about 30-40 minutes. Have fun and enjoy!
