For the BBQ pineapple, cut off the leafy top of the pineapple and place in the smoker at 120 °C for 2 hours. Slice lengthwise, cut out the stalk, cut into pieces (detach from the skin) and serve as a side dish or dessert.

The BBQ pineapple goes great with spare ribs or as a dessert with vanilla ice cream.
