For the chanterelle quiche, roll out the quiche dough and place in a 28 cm diameter quiche dish, folding in the overhanging edge.

Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Clean the chanterelles. Fry onion in butter until translucent, add ham cubes and chopped chanterelles.

Allow the mixture to cool slightly and pour into the quiche dish. For the glaze, mix flour, milk, sour cream, eggs, salt and pepper and pour over the chanterelles. Bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes until golden brown.

Before serving, sprinkle with sliced green onion rings.

Preparation Tip:

The chanterelle quiche instead of ham, make with bacon, so it will be a little heartier.
