For the grapefruit salad, cut the grapefruit in half and scoop out the flesh. Cut the flesh into equal-sized pieces, reserving the juice.
Thoroughly mix the juice with the honey until the honey has dissolved. Mix the honey-sweetened juice and the grapefruit pieces together and pour everything into the hollowed shells.
