Sauté shallots with a little butter in a frying pan until translucent, add garlic a little later. Add wine and the remaining ingredients to the frying pan with the sauerkraut. Mix with a fork, season with pepper and season with salt. Cover and cook for fifteen minutes. Next, with the lid open, reduce the liquid, stir in butter and serve.
Serve with: fried pork fish with horseradish (=> separate recipe).
