For the cod fish stick style, pat the fish fillets dry. In a roasting pan, add olive oil, salt and pepper and toss the cod in it. Put the skin side down so that it does not burn. Place in the oven at 180 °C.

Blend the sun-dried tomatoes (plus a little oil from them), 2 cloves of squeezed garlic, the basil, 4 anchovy fillets, half a chili pepper, the Parmesan cheese, some lemon zest and the juice of half the lemon, and salt and pepper in a food processor to make a paste.

Tear bread by hand and grind to crumbs in food processor. Add the olive oil and 2 cloves of garlic. Remove the fish from the oven, first coat it with the tomato paste and then add the breadcrumbs in a nice thick layer.
