For the green spelt, bring the water to a boil. Add green spelt, salt, sugar, yeast soup extract, halved onion, bay leaf and cook on low heat for about 40-50 minutes.
Pour through a sieve and turn in melted vegetable margarine, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
