For the spooky mold pancakes, finely chop the spinach and puree with the eggs and milk in a blender or with a hand blender.
Stir in the flour with a whisk and season with salt and pepper. Heat a little butter in a pan and pour in a small ladleful of batter at a time.
Fry the pancakes. Spread the cream cheese on the pancakes while they are still ready.
Sprinkle with ham and cheese, fold the pancakes and garnish as desired.

As a filling is suitable for the mold pancakes also vegetables or mushrooms.
