Quickly mix all ingredients into a dough, chill briefly in the refrigerator only if necessary.
Roll out dough to about 2 mm thick and cut out cookies with a fan cutter. You can also cut out circles and cut them into 4 quarters with a knife.
Place the resulting fan slices on a prepared baking sheet and bake at 165 °C for about 12-15 minutes.
When cooled, put 2 fans together with buttercream, spread jam on the top, glaze with fondant and decorate with icing when cooled.
Possibly decorate with some chocolate coffee beans or silver beads.
