Separate the eggs and in a bowl mix the yolks, whole spelt flour and salt. Then stir in the milk. Beat the egg whites until firm. Add the raisins to the yolk mixture and lastly gently fold in the beaten egg whites.In a non-stick pan, place some of the batter in the hot pan and brown lightly. Then turn over and divide into small pieces. Repeat the process until the bowl is empty. In the meantime, keep the finished Kaiserschmarren warm in the oven.
