For the Kaiserschmarren, first beat the two egg whites with a pinch of salt until snowy.
Mix the flour, milk and egg yolks with a mixer and carefully fold in the snow.
Heat some oil in a large pan and fry the dough first from one side, then turn, fry briefly and divide into pieces.
Before serving, sprinkle the Kaiserschmarren with powdered sugar

Kaiserschmarren goes very well with fresh compote or applesauce.
