Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Wash the apples and carefully remove the cores, preferably with an apple corer.
For the baked apple filling, mix the cinnamon, jam, raisins, clove powder and sugar together and fill 1-2 tsp of the mixture into the center of each baked apple.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the baked apples on top. Top each baked apple with a stick of butter and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
Garnish the baked apple with a cinnamon stick and walnuts.
Preparation Tip:
The baked apple tastes especially good if you mix finely grated gingerbread crumbs into the filling.
