For the Kaiserschmarren with caramelized vanilla ice cream, first separate the eggs. Mix milk, flour, yolks and salt to a smooth batter. Beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff and fold in.
Pour the mixture into a pan with hot oil to a height of about 2 cm and let it brown. Then turn and finish baking on low heat, tear, let steam a little and arrange on plates.
