For the curd couscous dumplings, first mix the curd, with couscous, eggs, breadcrumbs, spices and butter and let rest for 15 minutes.
Then form dumplings with 2 tablespoons and put them into boiling salted water, reduce heat and let them steep for about 10 minutes.
Then remove curd couscous gnocchi, let cool slightly and toss lightly with hot fat in pan.
