Perhaps your new favorite bean dish:

Soak the beans in cold water for one night. Remove the bean hulls (it is best to take a handful of beans and rub them against each other). Rinse and drain the beans. Peel and coarsely chop the onions. Finely grind onions and beans with the hand blender. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat palm oil in a large high frying pan. Drop in bean mixture by tablespoonfuls and fry for six to eight min until golden brown on both sides. Drain on kitchen roll.

To serve, cut the balls open and fill with pepper sauce (see separate recipe). The filled balls can be served warm or cooled.
